Sure Grip Yoga Blocks (Light Blue/Dark Blue)

sturdy blocks!! i've tested them and all sorts of ways and they are solid even though they're cut out in the center! These are not as wide as typical yoga blocks so I like to use them for different things.

These yoga blocks are simple, but the grip cutouts make them nicer to use than the plain rectangular ones I have tried before. They are lightweight, firm, and easy to move around during stretching without feeling flimsy. The foam has enough density that it supports weight well without collapsing or feeling spongy.I like them for yoga, but they have also been useful for basic stretching and PT style exercises at home. The handles give my fingers a better place to settle during poses where I need a little extra reach or balance. They are a good size, easy to store, and feel like they should hold up well with regular use.

I've been looking for some yoga blocks to incorporate when I get into a more of a routine.I'm not sure how these compared to other foam yoga blocks, this will be my first set.Quality wise, these are some pretty dense foam I would say, so far I have no issues with the foam caving in to due to my body weight. Despite that they are foam so they are prone to nocks with the right object.When I was opening the packaging, my finger nail slipped and sliced into the inner pink foam, it didn't affect the structure of the block, but now I have a permanent indent.The little grips, I would say are pretty nicely on the ergonomic side, it has a nice grip.Since they were intended for yoga, and they look like a yoga block, I assume they have to be good for doing yoga, I think the fact they have a hand grip area, makes them better than just a solid block.Value for money, I think they're within the correct price range so I'd say they're worth the price.Since I have weak knees, they also came in handy for some exercises where I would be putting pressure on a hard ground, these kind of hold my knee.

The pink and purple combo is super cute and adds a fun touch to my workout space.These are comfortable, supportive, and well-designed yoga blocks that I’d definitely recommend. Easy 5 stars.
