I review promotional products and only give my honest opinion. Others may have a different opinion.So, I do really like this AUTOMATIC BURNING BAKHOOR.But I had a couple issues and questions I could not find in the directions, or this page, in the description.I didn’t know where to put the resin. (I prefer resin incense). It came with a small “plate” of sorts.And the coil is at the bottom of the BAKHOOR.I’m assuming this small “plate” goes on top of the coil. OK, so I put my resin on top of this “plate” that I laid on top of the coil. It doesn’t sit like if there are grooves, it slides off the coil if you move the AUTOMATIC BURNER. Losing your resin under and around the bottom.So I FINALLY stopped moving it, placed “carefully” MORE resin onto the plate. You havta click the power button twice to turn it on and start the coil to heat up. And it heats up FAST, and gets SUPER HOT! I suggest NOT using around pets and children unless it’s at a safe height. If they knock it over, the scorching plate or burning resin will leave them in the hospital with third degree burns.The resin starts to melt and getting good smoke and the wonderful scent of copal, then the BAKHOOR shuts off, the resin starts to harden, and it only burned for a little over a minute.The COPAL hardened on the small metal plate, leaving a mess at the bottom.I didn’t know that I could use charcoal in there. I thought the purpose was to QUIT using charcoal. Saving money,I like the charcoal better cause it burns longer. At least 45 minutes. For 45 minutes I can meditate or just really enjoy the scent. Cleansing space and clearing negativity.I don’t understand why I would need this automatic incense burner to light incense sticks. It only holds one incense stick. I burn at least four at a time.And the ash is gonna fall into the coil.I had to keep turning the BAKHOOR back on again to keep the resin heated up. It was annoying me. I couldn’t relax into meditation.It’s a nice looking unit. I chose the “white” it does pick up the ash and smoke stains quicker. Like soot I guess.But I wish it gave more directions on how to use each different type of incense and/or herbs with this AUTOMATIC BURNER.I think it takes away from the pleasure of watching the thick smoke dance to the breeze for a longer time.But, the resins seemed to smell nicer coming from the BAKHOOR, and the resins lasted longer. It was able to heat up again after it hardened. Whereas the charcoal burns it down to nothing.Also the BAKHOOR is portable. (So is an incense burner, but this you can just pull it out and start it anywhere, put lid back on, and put it away. The resin charcoal burner, isn’t as easy. Making sure the charcoal briquette is completely out. And possibly losing resin in the process.So I’m not loving this in a 5 star way.4 star is still good. This Automatic Electronic Incense Burner is very cool. The white color is stylish, but can be prone to getting incense dust stains if you're not careful. Be sure to read the usage instructions carefully and thoroughly. The first time I used it, I accidentally put the wooden stick part of my incense in the burner against the coil, it actually burst into tiny flames!The burner does a good job of igniting the incense sticks without the use of a lighter. As I noted, that coil does get hot enough to spontaneously combust, so you need to be careful and use the clip to hold the stick with the incense side against the coil. The clip is rather short and small though, so your stick may exceed the length of the clip.I don't use cones, but I would like to try them since this promises to keep them lit and cleanly burning. I'm not quite sold on having the ashes build up in the bottom over the coil. Due to how hot this gets it feels like a safety risk. Also, the coil is thin, so I wouldn't want the ashes to build up even a little bit and render the coil inoperable.The unit seems to hold a charge well, and comes with an off/on button. You can turn off the heat at any time, should you want or need to. You can charge it with a USB cord included in the kit. The kit is versatile in that it not only burns incense sticks, but cones, aromatics, etc. Again, due to how hot the coil gets I would be a bit nervous burning certain items.Due to the versatility and design, the set comes close to being a fair value for the current asking price of $25. In addition to the charging cord, there is the small clip for holding stick incense, and various tweezers and cleaning utensils. This would make a nice gift for someone who loves the ambience of burning incense.I burn incense daily. I find it calming and just pleasant. This electronic burner is trendy, but I realize it has not replaced my good old fashioned wooden stick holders. I think using this requires caution and getting used to. It is worth a closer look and try if you love using various types of burning aromatics.

First off, I want to say that I love my new incense burner! This is a one and done appliance for all incense types! We like to burn cones in our home, mainly Frazier fur and balsam.I was very happy to have found this item. It truly works as well as the description says. For cones, just lay down the little round disc, set the incense cone on top of the disc, and press the button. The heating coil heats up within seconds, and the cone begins smoking a few seconds later! No messing with matches or lighters. And, I feel like this is a safer option, too. Our old cone burner was a little house with an open bottom. I always worried that the cone fall over if bumped. But no worries with this burner! All incense is safely contained within the unit.It works so well with incense sticks, too! After each use, the unit is easy to clean out for the next use. A little brush is included, as well as a little incense gripper tong.The unit seems well built, safe, and reliable. It looks stylish on our entranceway console table. Plus, I love that it’s rechargeable, and doesn’t need to be plugged in to operate!This incense burner is a hit! We love it!
