I originally ordered it thinking I’d probably paint it with acrylic pens to give it some color, but the glossy finish is so nice that I don’t want to mess with it at all. It has clean lines, good detail, and a smooth glazed‑china look that really works. I love it.I’ve collected six or seven Buddha figurines over the years – some gifted, some found – some people have joked that I resemble him. We’re both bald, fat, and usually happy, so I guess there’s a certain similarity.
