The artwork itself is beautiful and does an excellent job of bringing color and character to a space. The vintage Japanese landscape and cherry blossom scene are visually appealing, and the 9x11-inch size works surprisingly well for adding a decorative touch to smaller or otherwise underdecorated wall areas. The frame also looks beautiful, detailed, and polished. My main reservation is with the material. Although the listing describes it as canvas, it feels more like a textured print that mimics the look of canvas than traditional stretched canvas artwork. That said, it still presents well and has enough texture to achieve the desired aesthetic.I was also disappointed that it was not truly ready to hang out of the box. The included hook-and-loop adhesive mounting system requires preparing both the wall surface and the frame before installation. While the mounting hardware is included, I would not consider this a genuinely hang-ready piece. Overall, the artwork and frame are an attractive accent piece that can brighten up any spot. Satisfied.
This little landscape is beautiful. I liked the picture when I ordered it, but loved it even more when I saw it in person. The colors are lovely neutrals (sage green, cherry blossom pinks, browns, light blue) that look good in lots of color schemes. I put this in a half bath that needed some more color and already had a larger Japanese piece on a different wall - it is just lovely. The frame compliments the art well and the whole thing is lightweight, but durable. It was easy to install with the command strip velcro that came with the frame.
