A fantastic hallway runner.. fantastic colors that haven't faded over weeks of use and vacuuming. It's thick and soft. Its really not outdoor suitable if you are thinking of using it for that. Otherwise, a great value.

I ordered this 2x6 runner rug for a kitchen walkway, and the scalloped edge is what makes it stand out. Instead of looking like a plain rectangular mat, it adds a softer boho style that works well with neutral decor, wood floors, and lighter kitchens. The sage sun mandala pattern gives it personality without making the floor look too busy.The low-pile design is practical because it does not feel bulky underfoot and is easier to clean than a thick runner. I also liked that it is washable, which is important in a kitchen where spills are not a possibility, they are a scheduled event. The non-slip backing helps it stay in place better than a regular thin rug, although placement still matters on slick flooring.Because it is low pile, it is more decorative and functional than plush. It will not feel like a padded anti-fatigue mat if you stand at the sink for a long time. Four stars because it looks great, is easy to clean, and works well as a stylish runner, but it is not heavily cushioned.

The entire underside has a rubber like layer, which contributes to the non slip aspect. It stays in place more securely than the small adhesive pads I’ve used under other runners.• Care and cleaning. This rug can be vacuumed, spot cleaned, or washed when needed. It’s convenient to care for, especially compared to older styles of rugs that required much more effort.
