I ordered the Vynusio Foot Massage Mat. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and have a hard time remembering to do my foot stretching. I've been using this while at my standing desk and am loving it! I don't find it to be painful - it's uncomfortable but quickly sinks into a good pokey. The size is spot on for me - I can stand in the middle portion comfortably (size 12 feet) and the mat isn't so large that it's a nuisance. The balls are nice for doing my foot stretching and I've found that pairing this with my standing desk has made the difference in additing this to my routine.
This review is for Vynusio Foot Massage Mat & Foot Massage Balls.I've used massage balls before, but they'd kind of just roll everywhere if I took my feet off of them. This mat solves that problem with two grooves specifically for the (included) massage balls. It feels nice to rub my feet back and forth over them every so often. I definitely can tell that it helps with my circulation. I'm not sure how well the rest of the mat will help me personally, but I do appreciate the two grooves, and also that they're slanted at opposing angles to make it easier to roll the balls slightly outward instead of straight back and forth. The mat looks easy to clean and it is portable. You can use the massage balls anywhere (over your arms, your calves, etc) as well as a bonus. Overall this is a simple but helpful item. I plan on keeping it under my desk to get my feet moving every so often during the day.
This foot massage mat has been a great tool for easing foot soreness, especially plantar fasciitis. I used to roll my feet with a tennis ball to help stretch and massage the soles of my feet, but the included massage balls on this mat are firm enough to work as a great replacement. I especially like the free-moving massage balls more than the mat itself. They provide a deeper, more targeted massage along the arch and heel area, which is exactly where I need it most. The balls are contained within their own small track area, so you can easily roll your foot back and forth without the ball sliding away or having to constantly chase it across the floor like you would with a regular tennis ball. The rest of the mat is well-designed too, with varied textures and pressure points depending on where you place your feet. But I don’t use that aspect as much as the free-moving balls, however.
This wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. I guess I’m not sure how I was expecting this to work, but I just assumed that the Ball parts would be attached to the mat. They aren’t they’re just loose and they come in two little tear open baggies and you just put them on the track which makes sense when you’re using it but I feel like it’s something that would get lost easily since they’re not stuck together.Overall, it was easy to set up since you just had to open the three packages and put the two balls in the tracks and you just roll your feet on them. I guess it feels nice. I’m not sure if I noticed any pain relief from it. I think I’d probably want to keep this in the shower for scrubbing the bottoms of my feet without having to bend over in the small space.I guess quality wise it’s fine. I just would’ve expected the little ball things to be attached because these will go missing in my house very easily having a bunch of pets and birds who like to steal things.
I think this foot massage mat is really easy to use, and I love that it’s portable, and that the pressure on your feet is fully customizable because you are the one controlling it. I have sensitive feet, so I can’t use it standing up too well, but I love to use it when I sit. When standing, the pressure becomes too much and it hurts due to the weight of my body. The balls can be used while standing, but it’s best to hold onto something while you do it. If I sit in a chair while I use it, I almost feel like a kid swinging my feet back and forth. It’s kind of fun!The shape of this mat is perfect with the top being a little wider than the bottom. Most people’s feet angle outward to a degree, so it’s ergonomic in this way. The balls are the perfect side for the feet, and they are easy to push along the grooved area in the mat. It feels really good to massage my feet with them. I like this part of the mat the best. You can even use two balls on one foot (one foot at a time). I like the handles on the top part, which function well for carrying or hanging. The heart shaped, bumpy, raised areas are a little harsh for me, but the bumps on the outside perimeter of the mat feel nice. If I use the heart-shaped areas with socks, it feels better.I like that the mat is made of silicone, which makes it easy to clean and dry. I noticed that the balls, in particular, have a manufacturing smell to them, but I expect it to dissipate in time. I have pets, and the mat seems to collect fur easily, as well as hair and dust. It has a good grip both on floors and carpet, but it may be best to use this on a solid floor, as opposed to carpet so it has a solid foundation. I need to make sure the balls don’t get stolen by my pets to use as toys!
