Felt kind of good but not a great experience

This foot massage mat definitely gives you a noticeable sensation when you stand on it. Some of the pressure points are pretty intense, but there is a strange good feeling to the pressure once you get used to it, especially when moving your feet around instead of standing still. The mat is thick and flexible, stays in place well, and is easy to rinse off when it gets dirty. I also like that it rolls up fairly easily for storage.I personally did not notice a major improvement in how my feet felt after using it, so I would keep expectations reasonable if you are buying it specifically for therapeutic benefits. The different pressure point shapes give you a few different sensations, which makes it more interesting than a completely flat massage mat. One downside I noticed in a pet household is that the many little crevices give fur and grime plenty of places to collect. It is still a decent option for someone who enjoys acupressure style foot massage, but I would consider it more of a relaxing foot accessory than something with obvious results.

AccupressureAccupressure

I recently ordered this Foot Massage Mat Acupressure Board Large 30*17.7 In, Vynusio Silicone Reflexology Magnetic Therapy Acupuncture Jogging Feet Massage Pad Soft & Stiff Pressure Point for Beginner Yoga Home Office Grey and it came as described. I really like this as it feels good but after a few mins you can still feel the effect. I like the fact that you control the pace compared to a automatic reflex one. Easy to travel with as well.

ACCUPRESSURE WITHOUT TORTURE MAT

Have tried numeros accupressure mats/reflexology pads thanks to Amazon "Free Returns". This is by far the best for me.Different types of pressure points that do not feel like sharp needles and has magnets. Easily folds for use on the floor to lie on as well as stands.. I am going to try in the bed too when read.

Great way to passively give your feet a massageGreat way to passively give your feet a massage

I'm not sure about the "magnetic" therapy benefits but I know that my feet, after a day of taking a beating, love this mat. After a day walking the fence line, digging ditches, irrigating the fields or spraying weeds, my feet (typically encased in steel-toe boots or rubber waders) are angry. Now I can work out some of those pains and exhaustion with just a few minutes walking around on this mat. I placed the mat at my bathroom sink so that I start and end the day working my feet.I appreciate the three different styles of pressure points and the spacing was well planned. There are rigid triangular pieces, domed magnetic pieces (also rigid) and softer spiky pieces. These last are my favorite and they are most common on the mat. I am able to find foot placements that allow me to get the right kind of pressure on the right points of my feet. The soft spikes feel amazing on my toes, the triangles and domes are great on the balls of my feet and arch. I vary all three on my heels. Note: I don't find it comfortable to stand on the triangles or the domes for any length of time as they are very rigid, but I could stand on the softer spiky ones as they are more flexible. They feel more like the massage bit while the other two feel more like the acupressure bit. I don't usually stand in one place on this mat but move my feet around. Perhaps I don't like standing on it as I am a beginner and I just need to get used to the pressure. Time will tell. For now I get a lot of benefit from working all of those little feet muscles. This is a thick silicone but is lightweight and easy to roll up and put away if I wanted to do so. It is also easy to clean. I can just take it in the shower with me and rinse it down, hanging to dry. Being silicone it doesn't move around from where you place it so it's quite safe but easy to lift and move, too.

It takes some time to adjust for beginners, but it's invigorating

-Foot Massage Mat Acupressure Board Large 30*17.7 In-As a beginner, I'm new to acupressure boards. I normally use a pinky ball under my feet to massage my feet while I'm working at my desk. I thought it would be interesting to try this. At first, I felt like it was too advanced for me. Standing on it is way too painful. Even resting my feet on it hurts. The description said, "beginners can adapt from spiky → Rock → Dome presume points". So, I was thinking that this was beginner friendly. But I can't tell a difference between spiky, rocks, or domes. They all feel the same to me. So, I think that beginners might need to start with small increments of time - maybe 5 minutes - and gradually build up. I will say that my feet felt good when I was done trying out the mat. They weren't hurting at the time I initially tried it out, but my feet feel refreshed in a way after using the mat. Like there is extra blood flowing or something. I think the mat is good quality. I intend to keep it under my desk and use it a little every day. I did notice that by the second time I used it, it was less painful. So, I do think it just takes some time to adapt.

I Would Give The Product More Than 5 Stars If I CouldI Would Give The Product More Than 5 Stars I...

The product came in well packaged. It's a large size mat made with thick and high quality silicone. It weighs roughly 1.8lbs. Even though it is thick but it's extremely flexible. Once I first opened the package, I rinsed it with warm water just to clean it before use. I hang it dried. It was so easy and was dry and ready to use quickly. I am someone who loves cooking and baking. It's quite often that I will be standing in the kitchen for at least 3-4 hours. My feet get fatigue not only from cooking long hours but also from work which I have to be on my feet some days up to 8 hours. This mat has been wonderful to my feet. I put it on the kitchen floor and it's extremely non-slip. It didn't move from where I place it at all. I was impressed. It stuck to the floor very firmly but yet it was so easy to be picked up or moved somewhere else. There are 3 different types of acupressure points, spiky, rock and dome, on the mat which I think it's nice. It took me a minute to get use to standing on the mat for long hours. It didn't hurt my feet. It's just something I never experienced before. The acupressure points are well made, very solid but flexible. Overall, it's a high quality mat that helps my foot pain and relaxes my feet. Highly recommended.

Really Liking ItReally Liking It

This mat is great for me. The undersides of my feet are absurdly sensitive and walking on and standing on this really help acclimate me to the sensation. It is a thick high quality silicone like material. The size is nice, not overly large but not tiny.I don't really get the point of the magnets and honestly the different shaped things don't seem to feel different to me. They might have if they were grouped but the way it is laid out you kind of just stand on them all.The price is kind of high to me for what it is, which is why I only went with four stars. I honestly would have done more of a 4.5 if I could have. It is a nice mat and seems like it will hold up well. Other than the price being a touch high, it is a good product.
