wanted to drive around in my wizard van after this

This backflow incense burner is a lot of fun to use with a back flow incense cone. I was so skeptical at first but the minute I tried I was convinced that this may be the best incense burner since sliced bread. The burner itself looks unassuming - just a disc of green and blue. You can definitely see the mountains and ridges when you first open the package. I purchased some backflow incense cones from Amazon and they work fantastic. You have to be patient and also don't have a fan on in the same room or it will mess with the flow. Light the incense and let it go. You can see in the video how cool it looks.I don't know how these work but its magical to watch. Love this incense burner and it would make a great gift for the stoner burnout in your life.

Great Burner/Holder For Backflow Incense Plus It helps Keep History AliveGreat Burner/Holder For ...

[Backflow Incense Burner - A Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains Ceramic Holder]Backflow incense is a rather cool creation. I'll admit I never heard of it before finding this burner/holder here. I was truly intrigued when I ran across this product. This incense holder works with multiple types of incense. There's a hole for holding incense in stick form. It is angled so that the ash drops within the burner, which is very convenient. There is a spot specifically made for backflow incense that is upon one of the highest points of the burner. You can place regular incense cones in multiple areas, but they will not have the flowing effect that a backflow cone does. This little burner/holder is very versatile.Watching the smoke flow downward over the 'river' spots is quite fascinating. If you want it to change its path, all you have to do is breathe. The tiniest amount of disturbed air affects how the backflow moves. It is quite relaxing to observe the incense smoke moving, flowing, curling around. If you need a distraction from the difficulties of life, use this burner. Feel the peace from the 'rivers' as they make their way around the landscape created just for this purpose. It doesn't take long to find you have let go of your troubles and found a doorway into peacefulness. The holder is a mix of blues and greens. The features of the landscape along with the blue-green colour is based on a scroll painting by Wang Ximeng called One Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains (circa 1113. The history behind this is indeed something you should learn),The colours blend together well and are also of a type to help your mind let go of the noise of the modern world. The holder appears to have been fired but never glazed after the colour was added and refired. The absence of shine works well. High gloss would take away from the zen-like qualities of this product.I definitely recommend this item. Anything that helps bring a bit of calm into the world is worthwhile and keeping alive part of history in the process is a valuable thing. The current price is a good deal and seems to be worth it.

Pretty but no backflowPretty but no backflow

This backflow incense burner is really pretty and well made, but I couldn't get the backflow part to work for me. Also if you put regular sticks into it, which there's a spot for, there's no where to catch the ash so it gets all over what ever you put it on. It's still a beautiful piece of ceramic and it'll still look good just on it's own next to a tiny dragon and knight figure I have.
