I have been looking for a nice gift for my friend who loves Buddha so I was really excited to order this one from Chunful! The Buddha statue arrived in perfect condition with no scratches, dents, or odd looking areas. The statue has a nice amount of weight to it and is made out of brass material. The statue is probably hollow brass because solid brass is usually much heavier. Either way it feels really durable, nice, and substantial. The statue is highly polished, with a beautiful, shiny gold color. It's very detailed and easy to see what you're looking at. The Buddha has a happy, smiling expression, as he sits on top of a lucky dragon turtle. The dragon is sitting on top of a pile of feng shui coins that are meant to bring in abundance, good fortune, and wealth. The bottom of the statue has red felt material attached so you don't have to worry about the statue scratching any of your surfaces. The felt material hangs over slightly and isn't perfectly aligned with the statue but you can't really tell unless you pick the statue up to look at the bottom. My friend absolutely loved her gift and has it sitting in her living room! She has many Buddha statues but didn't have one like this so I'm really happy I ordered it for her.Overall, this is a well made, heavy, highly detailed Buddha statue! If you're looking for a gift for a friend, loved one, or yourself, this statue is a great value for the price!
I got this Buddha statue to go in my office decor and it is the cutest thing! Its got a nice weight too it and the detail is exactly as pictured. This guy is joyful and makes me laugh every time I see him. He always catching peoples eye when they stop by my cubicle. Hopefully he'll bring me some good fortune :)
This statue is definitely smaller than I expected — at 4.5 inches, it’s more of a compact accent piece than a larger Feng Shui display item. For the price, I initially thought it would be a bit bigger. That said, it is surprisingly heavy for its size, which makes me believe it’s real brass and not a lightweight resin. The weight gives it a solid, grounded feel, and the gold finish looks clean and well‑done. It’s a nice symbolic piece for a desk, shelf, or entryway, especially if you’re into Feng Shui or intentional decor.Overall, $39 feels a little high based on the size alone, but the material and craftsmanship help balance it out. If you’re looking for a small, meaningful brass figurine, this is a good option — just be aware of the dimensions before buying. Display this in the SE corner to attract prosperity or North! The turtle energy supports career stability, progress, and protection, while the Laughing Buddha brings ease and optimism.
