I was somewhat surprised at how good this Jogging in Place Mat made my bare feet feel. This silicone mat is quite large, has suction cups that keep it in place and make it easy to jog in place. Roll it up and take it with you, this mat is portable and the acupressure massage nodes give your feet a pleasurable work out.
This mat was a pleasant surprise. Standing on it honestly feels like a gentle foot massage, and I can especially see this being great under a standing desk because it encourages you to shift your feet around instead of locking into one position. Every time you move, you get that nice little acupressure-style massage, which makes standing feel a lot less static.One feature I really appreciate is the suction cups on the bottom. They would be great on hard floors, but they also add extra grip on carpet, which is exactly what I needed. I do wall Pilates exercises and a regular yoga mat tends to slide around too much on carpet, so this gives me a much more stable surface.It also just feels really good to stand on in general. Even my kids were immediately drawn to it and had fun dancing around on it. The quality feels solid, the price feels reasonable, and it is a nice little support for a healthier lifestyle, especially for those of us who spend a lot of time stuck at a desk.I also really like the color. The “Khaki” reads more like a light gray in person, which worked out perfectly for the look I was going for.
