Nice thick mat & wide so it is easy to turn over on without hitting the floor.

I LOVE this mat! I’ve used it at hot Pilates (with a towel over it) and it’s perfect. I love that during the workout I can fold it for extra cushion underneath my knees. I’ve recommended it to several people & they love it as well!
