These two yoga blocks are a good value for the high density foam and large size.They can take a ton of weight without flattening, giving me lots of support.I use it a lot for back stretching, elevating myself off the floor, and as spacers when I can't reach the floor.The outer part is soft enough where it doesn't irritate my skin or feel rough.The inner part is very solid and strong to support my weight.They can even provide good support for doing deep pushups or other exercises.I sometimes use them to elevate my feet for some back and leg exercises and poses.They are very light, they don't really get dirty, and they are easy to hide around furniture, or below a bed or couch.I like the green color, it looks good, no ink comes off of it, and it's easy to find in the dark.
