Love my Matt confortable and helps with my knees
This mat is ok but not great. Here are my observations:The pros:- The mat is a really pretty pink-peach color, which my teen daughter loves. No one will mistake her mat for theirs!- It is super lightweight- It's cushiony and soft without being very thick, so it rolls up nice and compact- It has a sturdy carrying strap with strong, wide elastic bands- No odor- Extra longThe cons:- It's so stiff! So far, even with some use/weight, it refuses to unroll where it was rolled tightest (the innermost end of the roll). I even rolled it up the reverse way, and even with the strong elastic strap bands, it refuses to flatten (it still gaps out). See pic.- It arrived with pressure gouges from shipping or handling (which is not a con in itself, but a clue). I can tell already that this will not withstand heavy use, as these dents, which are not tears but more like impressions, are still there and have not "bounced back" into shape. See pic. I can even see surface damage just from my sneakers while doing planks.- It is NOT non-slip - expect your hands to slip unless you use workout gloves or if you do very simple exercises.- It does not clean well. Sneaker scuffs from one use do not come off with cleaner and damp towel.Overall, a good mat for its price - perfect for light use, as a backup mat, or the one you lend your forgetful workout buddy. :-)
