These cymbals sound clear and pleasant. The 2.5 inch size is perfect; if they were any bigger they would be unwieldy for use as finger cymbals. The dragon artwork on the cymbals is done pretty well and they are good replicas of old designs. Storage pouch is natural canvas type fabric and has an easy to use drawstring closure. I appreciate the inclusion of an extra cord to have on hand for the inevitable. I find this to very a good value for the < $20 price point at the time I ordered. Would make a great gift.
When I found this item online I was intrigued. I even watched the demo video of the sound that it makes. When I received the item I was thrilled about the quality. Came in a nice bag. Good solid metal makes up the body of the symbol and they are connected together with a good thick leather string. This is definately made to last. Took a little practice to strike them together just right, but what a sound when you do. You can feel it to your very core, much richer in person than the video can do justice. I keep them in the kitchen so I can strike them while I am cooking my dinner. Goes well with the sound of boiling water, or the hum of the microwave. Cant wait to try them on a nice rainy day when the air is full of moisture, and you can hear the patter of rain outside.
