I love the design on the bowl and it comes with everything needed. My only complaint is that the chasen doesn’t really fit the holder so I have to use my old one. Other than that everything is amazing and i recommend buying!

5 star reviewSuch a beautiful matcha set! The green color is stunning and gives a very calming, authentic vibe. All the pieces feel sturdy and well made, and the whisk does an amazing job creating a creamy, lump free matcha. It’s perfect for daily use or as a gift.
This tea set comes beautifully packaged and presented. It feels like quality before you even take it out of the box. So, I bought this as a present for my daughter who is very into tea and other cultures in the world. She has not yet opened it, so I am just sharing my initial impressions. It's lovely, it is extremely well packaged. Everything is securely protected, and creates the impression that it is precious. I think it will be the perfect gift for her, and I should share that it seems to come with everything except the tea, itself. So I will add some tea or teas, before I give to her. I think this is the set she will keep for life, as her own journey unfolds.
This set is pretty much exactly what you would expect it to be. It's cute and has a little spoon holder, though I am not really sure why it comes with a spoon. At first I thought it was a small cup, but it has a hole on both ends, so it really just serves to hold the spoon upright.The sifter was all bent out of shape in the box, but it's not very stiff metal, so I just pushed it back into shape and you'd be none the wiser.The little mat that comes with it is microfiber on the other side, so it could be used to wipe up messes and seems like it would be pretty absorbent.I don't actually have matcha yet to practice with, but the ends are rounded to make little circles on the whisk. I don't know if that is better or worse than the curved kind without the circles.Overall, if you look at the pictures, they're very accurate and it is exactly what I thought it would be. I would recommend if you're looking for a way to make matcha.
