I just used this today, helps me to manage hip and knee pain.
This grounding mat has helped improve my sleep quality! What I don't like is that it's made in china, but it has a lifetime warranty!I have mine under my sheetsI wish they would make a bigger one to fix my bed. Like sheets do they come in full, queen, king sizes.
I purchased this soon after my grounding sheets. This mat is very effective in helping my legs feel better. I am not sure what others experience with it, but my feet get a slight tingle when I first step on it without socks and sit for five or ten minutes. It seems to help particularly when my calves are aching at the end of the day. Extremely simple to use.
I received this life changer yesterday starting using it right away. Within ten minutes in you feel the tingling starting from your feet to your knees amazing feeling. the packaging was prepared with care and love Along with a thank you great way to transfer good vibes and energy love it ,cant wait to see the results as i continue to use it thank you
I'm not sure if this works or not. I won't destroy a product for lack of benefit when the issue may well be the building I live in not properly being grounded. All I know for sure is that when plugged into my outlet within the reading are the same as when it isn't. Oddly enough, when inserted into a hole in the ground, it works..it grounds as is intended. Not sure what to do because I had the "Ground" checked in my Apartment and was told everything was fine. I really need the benefit this device promises, not getting it is kind of a HUGE let down.
It would seem my sleep has almost immediately improved. I should also mention I will be completing my 4th sleep study this month for Apnea and REM disorder. I also use the Oura ring to track my sleep habits. This all being said, this week I have been waking up before my alarm and feeling energized.Lastly I will say this, previous mats I used did nothing and this was before I knew the significance of having a mat that is Carbon or Silver infused. Iβm about to buy another one now for my gf place π±. Hope this helps someone.
It definitely works well, and it looks like a well-made mat for the price. Based on some research, I did modify it by not using the cable and connecting it to a direct ground source I was able to run from the outside (sheltered) of our house. For me, interestingly, it has helped me to fall back asleep quickly when I wake up in the middle of the night. It also did the same when I plugged it into the ground receptacle (per the instructions), I just read that direct earth ground is a better source.
