Creed I'm trying to work out how to sit on the floor more frequently. This is a very comfortable set up. BTW I'm closer to 70 than any other age. It occurs to me that cultures that sit on the floor generally sit on something, not just the floor. A word about the buckwheat hulls. At least for now, I love how they move. I have buckwheat hull pillows and now this Zafu. It moves with you while it provides support just firm enough. It's cool too in hot weather. Looks great! Feels great!

Timothy Benson Bottom part is very soft. And the circle item is with buckwheat. Very comfortable to sit on and meditate.
