I am starting on a journey of well-being. For a long time I've thought seriously about meditation. I really felt that having the right tools would be the best way to start. And it has turned out to be fantastic. I am nowhere near where I need to be when it comes to meditation but I've learned that it's a process and a journey. I'm learning patience.
