This little zen garden is a great addition for my sister in laws office space as a social worker. She has her own office and sees clients with different psychological issues. They can “play” in the sand while waiting for their appointment. This is a great addition for her practice especially for people with social anxiety disorder. I was looking for a gift for someone who has everything and this fits thee bill. All its parts are in the compartment in the bottom box so they don’t get misplaced and the verde sand is a muted color calming green. Very pleased with my purchase!
This Zen Garden is the perfect addition to our living room decor.The product comes in a sturdy wooden box with all components packed neatly in the bottom. You pour in the sand and decorate with the moss stones and pebbles as you please. I love that it has this storage space in the bottom. So convenient to keep the rake and stamps there to avoid them getting misplaced or broken when not in use. The pebbles are different colors and the moss stones are a vibrant green. The Palo Verde green sand is a very mild green and is so pretty.Using the Zen Garden seems to be so relaxing. We have it sitting on our coffee table so our family and friends can enjoy it while they are visiting as well.If I had any complaints, it would be that the height of the walls could be slightly higher. When raking the sand it wants to go over the edge sometimes. However, this is an easy fix by just keeping some of the sand in the bag it came in and storing it in the bottom of the box.Overall, this is a great product and I will be looking into buying more accessories to add to it.
This is such a nice activity to calm yourself any time of the day. Everything can be contained inside the box, to keep pets and children out of it. The box is a little cheap looking if you study it closely, but I think it's still worth the price. The box keeps the mess contained and the walls are high enough that nothing goes over them.I like that you can use the box lid as a catch all tray when closed, or if you choose to leave the lid off.
This is a nice quality item. It’s a little smaller than a shoebox in length/width and seems to be made of real wood. The accessories are solid and the stampers in particular look like a lot of fun. The palo verde color I order is a nice muted green - like a neutral with a bit more pizzaz! Although I’m keeping this one for myself, this zen garden would also make a lovely gift.
