Please provide a nice amount of stimulation with two different sides varying in intensity. They're quite rigid and will really press into the skin but will deform under enough pressure. The intensity of pressure on carpet was much more unpleasant and aggressive for me than on hard flooring. If you plan on using this on hard floor it's a great choice, but on carpet it's too intense for me.Entire thing is silicone so it's bendable and completely washable. Silicone molding is quite thick and the overall design seems well thought out and very durable.
I very like this foot massage mat! It is very helpful for my foot pain, especially heel pain from standing long time. The two sides with star and diamond bumps make good different feeling, I can choose soft or strong massage. The silicone material is soft but also strong, easy to wash with water.I put it near my standing desk and use it every day. After use, my foot feel less pain and more relax. The mat is not too hard and not too soft, just perfect for me. Also, I like that I can connect more mats if I want bigger area.It is very good quality for price. I recommend this if you have foot pain or just want nice massage at home. Thank you very much!
