Not too poky and wide enough for light exercise.
We like this mat but the only reason it is getting a a 4 star is it took almost 2 months to get here. We ordered this February 3rd and it just arrived today march 23rd.
The material and functionality are quite good! The only downside is that the size is a bit small—it would be perfect if a larger version were available. And the price is really reasonable too!
The massage mat is bigger than other massage mats on Amazon for a cheaper price. It is made of very thick silicone so it is very durable. Plus, it’s very easy to clean. The mat will definitely not slip because the thick silicone material.I love it has two sides of massage patterns so you can switch between them. Also, it is not too painful to stand on it so you will definitely use it more often. I put it under my office desk.
I love this mat for shiatsu massage on my feet. I place it underneath the counter where I make my coffee and do some other kitchen things and massage my feet by stepping on it whenever I go to the area. It awakens sensation in the bottom of my feet, gets the circulation going and leaves my feet feeling awake. The size is great but I wish there were an option to get a much larger one. Good value and a lovely blue color. Not too thick and not too thin with two sides, one sharper than the other.
