This is actually a nice little inexpensive fountain. I was surprised. My only wish would be for more rocks to be sent with the product to go in the base, but I added some from my hiking adventures to supplement and now it looks awesome! It says to use 8 oz of clean water, so I got filtered water from the fridge. Uses 2 AA batteries. Make sure you put those in BEFORE you fill it.
