I actually take the pillow to work and sit in to help relieve pressure use the mat at home . It takes some getting used to it hurts a little but still worth it .
I have been wanting to try one of these for a while. The mat itself is a little small. If I am laying on it, it only covers my back. If I want to do my legs, I need to move the mat. It is also not very wide. I feel a bit like a rotisserie chicken rotating around in order to get everywhere. That being said, I like the product a lot. I used it for about 5 minutes to start and it wasn't overly painful like I thought it would be. It was uncomfortable but not painful. The areas when I got off the mat were red, which is consistent with what I read about these types of mats. I was not sore the next day either which is something I was worried about. I will definitely continue to use it. Just wish it was bigger.
