It's my first day of using it, but so far I love it! It's just the right hardness. The bumps are hard, but that's what acupressure is about. I wish it was offered in bigger size too but I still love it. Now I'll be testing how long it'll last, and I'll be using it many times during the day as I have it in front of my kitchen sink so I can stand on it while doing dishes.
This thing is awesome! I love that it is super firm but not as severe as the ones with plastic stones. It works great! I put it in front of my sink and put a hand towel over it so that I can just throw the towel in the wash every week or so. But my feet have been much happier after spending 15-30 min a day on it (hair, brush teeth, wash face etc while standing on it). Would also be great in front of a kitchen sink. Could be a little bigger though. Itβs smaller than a standard hand towel and while that is convenient letting me use one as a cover, it also means I kinda have to focus to make sure I actually stand on it not around it.
