Is large enough for a 6’+ person. Could be a little thicker.

I like this oversized mat so I can stay on it even when I am doing something that takes more room also it helps keep people at a little bit more distance
Purchased this mat for my 6’7” husband and he loves it. He used it daily for five weeks for a class he was attending and he fit in this with some room to spare. The material also is thick and easy to take around. This thing is durable and worth the $.
This is worth every penny! Its thick without being to cushy where you fall over on it. Its SOLID for workouts, weights, yoga, stretching, whatever you need it for. It stays put on the floor so I can balance. LOVE the size of it to cover the space.
