I bought this desktop zen garden fully expecting it to sit on my desk and silently judge me. Instead, it has become my most emotionally stable coworker.Every morning I aggressively rake tiny lines into the sand while pretending I’m a calm and centered individual. Five minutes later I’m answering emails with the confidence of someone who absolutely did not just spiral over a spreadsheet. Coincidence? I think not.The sand is surprisingly high quality. It flows smoothly, like my intentions before my second cup of coffee. The tiny rake makes me feel powerful, like a landscaping deity of a very small and manageable universe. Rocks? Perfectly stoic. They’ve seen things. They don’t care.

Purchased this for a friend who doesn’t have a lot of space. She loved it. It fits perfectly in her space, adds some zen and elegance, and a bit of stress relief. The tools are easy to use and it is good quality all around.
Only downside of this product is that the amount of people that will want to rake your sand when youre not looking is surprising. but it is enjoyable and works as intended. will need to buy more sand as it tends to jump out of the containment.
I recently purchased a Zen garden kit, and I must say, it has been a delightful addition to my workspace. The serene and meditative nature of raking the sand and arranging the pieces has provided a sense of calm and focus during my work breaks. The kit includes most of the essentials and is beautifully designed. One drawback is the quality of the decorative pieces — the plastic tree seems a bit large for the res to the included decorations. I likely won’t be using that piece. However, overall it’s a good tool for relaxation and mindfulness.
