Mat is great, there is no chemical smell as noted in other reviews which almost kept me from buying. Great look for my beachy, natural bathroom and will cut down on having to scrub the white tub with dirty barefooted users.
This product did not smell badly upon opening like some of the other reviews commented. There might have been a very faint and mild smell but it was barely anything at all. The pebbles were also not too hard or harsh for my feet at all. It’s quite comfortable. I like this product a lot. Wish it was just a little longer to fit the entire floor of my shower but other than that, it’s great. I do wish the colors were more vibrant and interesting but it’s ok. I still enjoy it. It doesn’t slip. The suction cups work very well.
I bought this mainly for the look and aesthetic not thinking about how it would feel, well some of the rocks on the mat are pretty hard and can hurt to stand on but if that’s something you don’t mind this is definitely a great mat. I have a big shower but I would say the size is perfect for it. The drainage is not bad being there’s plenty of open space in between the rocks but if you bathe dogs or have long hair that comes out in the shower it may get clogged or stuck under the mat.
