Dani Perfect size, material and grip for yoga mat when doing hot yoga
S
Sonia Its a nice towel but not supper anti slip. I put this on my foam yoga mat and did hot yoga. It held up for a good time until it didn't. I kept slipping on the towel on top of the mat. Eventually i took it off. If there was slip grip on the bottom on the towel then it may have helped. I gave it like 3 uses then returned it.
