Taste good
Very good taste use hot or cold.
I’ve purchased these a few times now and drink one every morning. It’s helped with my weight loss journey. Do wish they were a tad cheaper !
Ok for a detox is gross tasting though. I even added honey for some flavoring and could barely choke it down. Probably won't buy again.
These are great. Does what it’s supposed to. You get a lot for your money. My only complaint is the flavor.
I've been having some stomach problems and was urged by my doctor to switch off from coffee. I reluctantly did so and was recommended Moringa/Matcha by a friend of mine. This little packet had both, so I said why not. While I miss the taste of coffee, I definitely don't feel the adverse effects of coffee withdrawal like I normally would. Most of that is the fact that the packet has 30 mg of caffeine which definitely keeps me going for the day. I don't find myself needing to top off in the middle of the day like I would with coffee.Getting used to the flavor of tea vs coffee is something that you'd have to get over, of course. But I can't recommend this product highly enough.
I received my Green Tea Instant Sticks on Tuesday and I’ve been using them for the last 3 days (1 a day). First let me say, I tried it the first day hot and it was hard to stomach it. So, the next two days, I put it in cold water and drank it right down; as soon as I woke up. Either way, it tastes horrible, but it’s easier to swallow in cold water verse hot.I can tell my appetite has slowed down and I have more energy. I look forward to seeing the results in the next two weeks.
