Love this mat. I was debating between this and shakti but for my first mat I didn’t want to dump a bunch of money. When I lay on this I get such a good reset of my nervous system. If you struggle with anxiety racing thoughts or muscle soreness I def recommend this.
This Mat is not working for me, so my grandson got it and he actually loves it. He’s really happy with the Mat.
Update: The reviewer reached out and corrected this, and I was able to test out a (thankfully!) bug-free mat. As someone with chronic pain from hEDS, I'm always looking for alternative ways to deal with discomfort. So far, the mat has been most successful for my feet, but I haven't seen much help for back pain. I don't find that the spikes are too painful, and I could tolerate them right away. I'm hoping with continual use, I'll see some help/improvement from it. I appreciate that the seller reached out and made it right.Original Review: I had been watching this for years and finally went to purchase it. Unfortunately, when I pulled it out, it seemed really nice, but it was CRAWLING with bugs. I immediately wrapped it up, took it out of the house, and returned it. I would have exchanged it, but if the next one was stored similarly, I worried it would be infested too.
