Valerie These are great for if you are wanting to learn hand to hand in acrobatics. Or for just practicing your handstand. The curve on the blocks makes it easy to grab too.

Kingdom Citizens👑 I'm very pleased with my purchase. Wood blocks for fascia release is very difficult to find. There are programs that are selling them for $147 for wood blocks and then harass you for other services. This was simple affordable and I can still do the same thing, by watching videos and maybe ordering books to read to go with the blocks. I love them!
