If you have clients / patients with lower back pain... you need this.

My patients love this bolster, especially if they have back pain (lower back specifically). It raises the knees up quite a bit higher than a standard "came with the table" bolster as well as creating enough bend in the knees when they're prone. This large and floofy on the inside one is now my go to.This is my second one. The first one lasted around 5 years before my cleaning solutions finally got to the vinyl.Adding that I use standard twin sheets, not the standard massage sheets, as I like to shove pillows / bolsters under the fitted sheet.**If you use standard massage sheets, good luck... probably not going to fit under. Get a washable bolster cover for it instead (actually get more than one cover so you can use a clean one for each person because NOT doing that is freaking gross - don't be gross - also change your blankets).
